At MoveHER Fitness, we’ve got a program made just for women to boost your strength, mobility, endurance, and mindset. We take the time to understand your goals, help you make a plan, and guide you past any obstacles to get you where you want to go. We offer small group classes in Strength, Kickboxing, Strength & Kickboxing, and Animal Flow every day of the week, so you can build a routine that works for you and fits into your schedule.
As part of your membership, we also offer group lifestyle and nutrition support because we know that’s a big part of staying healthy long-term. Our members love the extra help and resources to stay on track and power through any challenges. No gimmicks or fad diets here—just real support for real women like you!

With 11 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, I'm here to help you reach your goals. When I'm not training in Muay Thai or Animal Flow, you'll find me enjoying true crime shows and relaxing with my dog Luke. Let's make your fitness goals a reality together!

Hey! I'm Kalei, representing the best of LA and Hawai'i. At MoveHER, I'm all about fostering a supportive space where women feel motivated and empowered. Muay Thai is my passion, and I love sharing it with others. When I'm not training, you'll find me enjoying time with friends and family, hiking, painting, cooking, or tackling legal challenges as an employment attorney.
