MoveHER Fitness is a community where women of all levels come together to grow stronger, move better, and feel empowered. Our coaches are dedicated to supporting your goals, helping you overcome obstacles, and continually evolving their skills to provide the best guidance possible.

We offer small group classes in Strength, Kickboxing, Strength & Kickboxing, and Animal Flow—designed to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence. Personal training and group lifestyle and nutrition support are also available to help you stay on track and reach your goals.

Owner/ Head Coach

Hi! I’m April, proud owner of MoveHER Fitness. I’ve created a space where women can thrive, move confidently, and feel empowered. I’m a mobility and performance specialist with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and a Level 3 Animal Flow certification. I’m also an active Muay Thai fighter, training daily and inspiring those around me. With 13 years of experience, I love helping women grow stronger, move better, and feel confident. Let's level up your fitness journey together!

Kalei A

Kickboxing Coach

Hey! I'm Kalei, representing the best of LA and Hawai'i. At MoveHER, I'm all about fostering a supportive space where women feel motivated and empowered. Muay Thai is my passion, and I love sharing it with others. When I'm not training, you'll find me enjoying time with friends and family, hiking, painting, cooking, or tackling legal challenges as an employment attorney. Margaux Aguirre

Strength/Kickboxing Coach

Hi, I’m Margaux! With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a background in strength and conditioning, I’m passionate about creating a fitness environment that’s both challenging and fun. I love helping women feel stronger and more confident, physically and mentally. Outside the gym, I enjoy arts and crafts, pole dancing, video games, and time with loved ones. Emily O'Keefe

Strength Coach

Hi! I’m Emily, a lifelong athlete passionate about helping women build confidence through movement. I’ve competed in collegiate soccer and cheerleading, and stay active with strength training, running, and mini-triathlons. I bring energy and encouragement to every session. Outside the gym, I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, helping people build habits that support a meaningful life. Briah Darden

Strength Coach

Hi! I’m Briah, a former college athlete whose passion for fitness has never faded. I love helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. I create a supportive, challenging environment where you can grow your strength, improve your skills, and discover what you’re truly capable of. Outside the gym, I enjoy time with my husband, friends, and my pup, King Wilson. I’m here to push you, cheer you on, and celebrate every step of your journey.
