Ways to Get Started
Strength Training
New to the gym? Our beginner-friendly strength class will help you build strength while improving mobility. Our coaches guide you through fundamental movements with smart programming so you can move better, feel stronger, and make the most of every session—at your own pace.
Kickboxing
Relieve stress and have fun in our kickboxing class! Learn fun techniques and build your skills—all while having a blast during every workout. Open to all levels, each session keeps things exciting with punching bags, pad work, and more!
Animal Flow
Open to everyone! Animal Flow is a full-body movement program where you move through dynamic shapes on hands and feet. Build strength, improve mobility, enhance joint health, and connect with your body and mind—all while having fun and learning new skills!
Personal Training
Spend one-on-one time with a coach to focus on the skills and training that help you reach your goals. Sessions can be strength, kickboxing, or Animal Flow—or a mix of styles. You can pair personal training with small group classes, or start with private sessions to build confidence before joining a class. Whatever you need, just let us know—we’ve got you.
