MoveHER Fitness is a complete strength and conditioning program that helps you take control of your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle in a way that makes sense for you. Rather than offering quick results, we coach real women in the real world and help them achieve their goals without creating extremes in their lifestyle that would be unsustainable. Our coaching and approach starts with understanding you, hearing what you want to achieve and why, what obstacles are in your way, and then creating a plan to get you to reach goals and keep them for good.
We are passionate about health and fitness and helping women reach their goals and feel resilient and empowered. Here’s our little secret that has helped so many women transform themselves both physically and mentally – we really care about your growth. Even though we’re geeky about the art and science of transformation, the secret sauce is that we care. We’re on your team and got your back every step of the way.
April do Nascimento
April is a fitness professional with a Bachelors in Exercise Science from California State University of Northridge. April lives and teaches by the motto that improving health and fitness is a lifelong journey and aspires to make women feel resilient both physically and mentally. April has been involved in sports and fitness her entire life, beginning with cheerleading in childhood, and gaining 5 years of experience coaching competitive cheerleading with nationally ranked teams in the USA. After finishing her cheer career, she started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, gained tons of experience as a Strength & Conditioning, Kickboxing and Animal Flow Coach, and eventually established MoveHER Fitness. When she’s not flowing, coaching clients, or training for fights, April can be found at home cuddling with her dog watching true crime documentaries and eating cookies & cream ice cream.


Kat Kevorkian
Kat is born and raised in LA. Kat has been training Muay Thai and Kickboxing for over 5 years every day. Kat has always had a drive and discipline that has gotten her skills where they are today, with of course a smile on her face! That’s exactly what she wants the MoveHER community of women to feel, empowered and confident while having fun with a badass sport like kickboxing. When she’s not training or teaching she enjoys spending time with family & friends, hiking, running or just cuddling with her cats. She has a ton of fur and feathered babies and is continuing her education to help animals!
Kat Kevorkian

Kalei Aricayos
Kalei is from both LA & Hawai’i. Kalei has been training Muay Thai and Kickboxing for a few of years now and has become a big part of her everyday life. Kalei has a keen for details when it comes to Kickboxing and has a welcoming and patient energy when it comes to teaching new kickboxers. Kalei creates a safe environment for women to feel motivated, confident and empowered by sharing her passion. When she’s not training, she enjoys spending time with friends & family, hiking, painting and cooking. She also just graduated from law school and works in employment law.
